Buying single-family homes across the Valley
Jason buys homes in the Phoenix metro, renovates them, and puts them back on the market. No repairs, no cleanout, no showings.
You'll be talking to the owner. Jason Rodriguez runs JAR Real Estate Group out of Scottsdale and looks at every house himself.
A real number with the math behind it, not a range. No obligation to take it.
Most of what we buy has a reason behind it that has nothing to do with the house being worth less. If any of this sounds familiar, it's worth a call.
Often out of state, often full of a lifetime of belongings. Take what matters and leave the rest.
Tenant damage, deferred maintenance, or you're tired of the phone calls. Occupied or empty.
Roof, foundation, plumbing, fire or water damage. Renovation is what we do on every house anyway.
A clean sale with a firm date, so two people can stop negotiating about a house.
If there's equity, there are usually options. Call earlier rather than later — timing decides what's possible.
New job, a place already lined up, or a house sitting vacant while you pay for it.
Four steps, usually two to three weeks start to finish if you want it that fast.
Address, rough condition, and what's driving the sale. A call covers it in ten minutes.
One visit, usually under an hour. Don't tidy up — we'd rather see it exactly as it is.
A firm number with the math behind it. No pressure to answer that day.
We close at a local title company and cover standard closing costs.
A lot of people sending postcards in the Valley are wholesalers. They tie up your house under contract, then shop that contract around for a fee. You find out when a different name shows up at closing.
That isn't our business. Jarre Group buys with our own capital and lending, brings in our own contractors, and carries the project through to the resale. We take on the repairs, the permits, the holding costs, and the market risk — which is exactly why we can take the house as-is.
On larger parcels and older lots we also take on redevelopment, where the right answer is more than a renovation.
Across the Phoenix metro, with the most activity in the neighborhoods we know street by street.
Downtown Mesa, north Tempe, and east Phoenix are where we buy most often, and where Jason has lived and renovated his own properties.
Outside those pockets, send it anyway. If it's a single-family home in the Valley, we'll look at it.
Calling is fastest. If you'd rather write it out, the form sends the details straight to Jason's inbox.
